totals & percentages. By registering (free of charge), an individual
can take it a step further, allowing storage of, and access to the

Review by author: This is an excellent diet website. On the free "Today's Food" page
you search for the food you consume, enter the quantity. It
automatically charts your food with the amounts of protein,
carbohydrates, fats and calories and provides the percentage amount
of calories in each. And it is TOTALLY FREE.

CalorieKing tm provides a searchable database for over ---- foods.
The seach results page provides you with a selection of food
choices. The results page provides you with nutrition facts about
the food including total fat, sat. fat, cholesterol, total carbs.,
dietary fiber, sugars, protein, calcium and potassium. It also tells
you the exercise required to burn off the calories in the food.
